- Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site for any reason, including suspected violation of these Terms. Termination does not limit any other remedies we may have.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where Dulce505 is based (unless otherwise required by applicable law). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue there, to the extent permitted by law.
